Anyone can register as a talent on the platform! Whatever your specialty, location or experience.
The talents registered and offered on the platform are all expert professionals in the hotel and catering sector. Each talent registration is reviewed by our teams, who spend time with each talent to review their experience, understand their specificities and then offer them the best assignments.

Qualified assignments: We take care of qualifying the assignments and bringing them to you. It’s a particularly interesting source of opportunities for you!
Follow-up provided by Sensei: in addition to identifying talent, we support you throughout the assignment to ensure that it runs smoothly.
Simplified administrative management: Sensei centralizes payment and takes care of settling your invoice on time.

When you register, you can set an AADR (Average Daily Rate), which represents the price of a day’s work excluding VAT. For each job, you determine the time required and the associated cost.

The first contact made by Sensei represents 10% of your quotation in €, excluding VAT.
For example, if your quote is €5,000, Sensei’s fee will be €500, so you’ll receive €4,500 at the end of the assignment.
Important point: if you carry out a second assignment with the customer, the fee increases to 5%. For a third mission with the same customer, the Sensei contact and follow-up fees are completely free!
