Each talent registration is subject to examination by our teams, who dedicate time to review each talent’s experiences, understand their specificities, and thus be able to offer them the best missions.

The talents registered and proposed on the platform are all professionals who are experts in the hospitality and catering sector. Each talent registration is subject to examination by our teams, who dedicate time to review each talent’s experiences, understand their specificities, and thus be able to offer them the best missions.
Qualified missions: We take care of qualifying the missions and bringing them to you. Therefore, it’s a particularly interesting source of opportunities for you!
Support offered by Sensei: Beyond talent identification, we accompany you throughout the mission to ensure its smooth progress.
Simplified administrative management: Sensei centralizes payment and takes care of settling your invoice on time.
You can set a Daily Rate (Taux Journalier moyen – TJM) during your registration, which represents the price for one day of your work excluding taxes. For each mission, it’s up to you to determine the necessary time and therefore the associated cost.
The first connection made by Sensei represents 10% of your quote excluding taxes in €.
For example, if your quote is €5,000, Sensei’s fees will be €500, so you will receive €4,500 at the end of the mission.
An important point: if you carry out a second mission with the client, the fees become 5%. For a third mission with the same client, Sensei’s connection and follow-up fees are completely waived!
