Quelles actions avez-vous mis en place chez Bao Family pour f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bao Family &#8211; Je crois que le liant de Bao Family est notre vibe. C&#8217;est vraiment quelque chose de magique qui s&#8217;op\u00e8re sous nos yeux. Concr\u00e8tement, <strong>d\u00e8s le recrutement c&#8217;est l&#8217;\u00e9tat d&#8217;esprit qu&#8217;on \u00e9value <\/strong>et qui nous permet la plupart du temps d&#8217;enrichir nos teams de personnes qui apporteront \u00e0 leur tour leur grain de folie, leur personnalit\u00e9, leur culture et leur fun. <\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Les \u00e9quipes elles-m\u00eame sont impliqu\u00e9es dans le recrutement<\/strong> et sont l&#8217;ingr\u00e9dient qui permet d&#8217;attirer et de garder les \u00e9quipes stables. Je crois que notre vibe est un aimant que les candidats sentent, et qui retient aussi les people int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Nous avons beaucoup de personnes qui sont encore l\u00e0 depuis le d\u00e9but avec l&#8217;ouverture de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baofamily.co\/petitbao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petit Bao<\/a>, il y a 3 ans, et qui ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 au sein du Groupe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Je dirais que le<em> pas de concession sur l&#8217;\u00e9tat d&#8217;esprit au recrutement <\/em>est un indispensable \u00e0 mon sens pour s&#8217;assurer que l&#8217;alchimie op\u00e8re dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Dans le quotidien aussi, on a des <strong>rituels et des pratiques<\/strong> qui aident \u00e0 garder les teams soud\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Par exemple, le staff meal avant le service est vraiment un moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. Les \u00e9quipes se rassemblent et partagent plus qu&#8217;un repas. Les tips, quant \u00e0 eux, sont partag\u00e9s \u00e0 part \u00e9gale entre le restaurant et la salle. C&#8217;\u00e9tait g\u00e9nial d&#8217;avoir tout le monde r\u00e9uni autour d&#8217;un verre et de b\u00e1nh m\u00ec. On a eu un moment incroyable lorsque nous avons demand\u00e9 aux \u00e9quipes r\u00e9unies en petits groupes de nous dire ce qui caract\u00e9rise le mieux Bao Family. Ce qui en est ressorti refl\u00e9tait juste tout ce que je r\u00eavais d&#8217;entendre comme la passion, la vibe, l&#8217;humain, la diversit\u00e9 et l&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;esprit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Ce sont des moments qui emm\u00e8nent le collectif vers une autre dimension et qui inscrivent durablement la culture de Bao Family dans les c\u0153urs.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong><em>SENSEI &#8211; La culture d\u2019entreprise est un sujet tr\u00e8s important pour les \u00e9tablissements aujourd\u2019hui et elle est particuli\u00e8rement forte et visible chez vous. Est-ce que vous pouvez nous en parler un peu et nous dire comment vous avez travaill\u00e9 dessus ? <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bao Family &#8211;&nbsp;Je n&#8217;ai jamais voulu travailler la culture sous un prisme corporate. Je trouve que c&#8217;est un terrain qui est vite glissant et qui peut manquer d&#8217;authenticit\u00e9 et para\u00eetre surfait lorsqu&#8217;on veut absolument le th\u00e9oriser et le travailler. Je crois que mon job est de faire en sorte de <strong>cr\u00e9er les conditions pour qu&#8217;une culture d&#8217;entreprise positive naisse et vive au quotidien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"> Je crois profond\u00e9ment que notre culture est la cons\u00e9quence de cette attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;humain d\u00e8s le recrutement et qui \u00e9mane de nos lieux de vie aujourd&#8217;hui. Donc je dirais que notre travail consiste \u00e0 essayer de capter l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et l&#8217;alchimie qui existent et qui est cr\u00e9\u00e9e par nos people eux-m\u00eames dans nos restaurants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">C&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;on voulu faire lors de la derni\u00e8re campagne de recrutement pour l&#8217;ouverture de notre prochain restaurant Bleu Bao avec le set de 3 vid\u00e9os &#8220;<em>meet our people<\/em>&#8221; que nous avons publi\u00e9es sur notre compte Insta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bao.family\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@bao.family<\/a>. Par exemple, nous avons l&#8217;objectif d&#8217;avoir une totale parit\u00e9 entre femmes et hommes.
